Malaisri Luxury Thai Massage

Universitätstrasse 65, 8006 Zürich

Malaisri Luxury Thai Massage at Universitätstrasse 65 in Kreis 6 reads as a straightforward Thai massage studio with traditional Thai massage, aroma oil massage, sports massage, and foot reflexology at its core. local.ch also lists hot stone, herbal compress, lymphatic drainage, and medical massage among the massage types associated with the salon. (local.ch)

The public-facing tone is polished and practical rather than fluffy: a well-kept studio, a welcoming team, Thai and German language support, and easy access by public transport. The directory copy emphasizes tailored treatments and an emphasis on oil-based relaxing massages. (local.ch)

I couldn’t verify a reliable price list from accessible sources, so I’m leaving prices out rather than guessing. Opening hours are consistent across directories: daily from 10:00 to 20:30. (local.ch)

I booked an appointment at 5pm. When I arrived on time, they told me I must probably wait for 20 minutes. Since I had another appointment later, I tried to postpone the later appointment. While doing so, they told me I can come back later or come another day. So they tried to cancel on me. I answered them that if we can start on time after those 20 min, I could still make it. Which is when they told me that now it’s not possible anymore, the massage lady doesn’t accept other customers anymore! I had a confirmed booking! Another customer had arrived late and then the masseuse wanted to take a break. So they finally cancelled on me entirely! Really cannot recommend this place, lousy customer service, pretty face doesnt help and they obviously only have one thai lady that can do proper thai massage. The others are from Philippines and can’t do stronger massages. I recommend to go to Asia Health Spa. Much nicer and better service.
