Forchstrasse 282, 8008 Zürich

Sila Thai Massage und Spa at Mühlebachstrasse 41 in Zurich focuses on classic Thai massage with targeted work on tension areas. On its website, Sila says she trained in Bangkok at the Taralai Thai Massage School and with The Union of Thai Tradition Medicine Society. That matches the reviews: guests describe the massage as professional, precise, and delivered in a clean, serious studio.

The menu is intentionally focused: Thai massage, Thai foot massage, and Swedish massage. Prices are shown for 60 and 90 minutes, which makes the offer easy to compare. Treatwell describes the place as traditional, friendly, and welcoming, with convenient access near Burgwies; opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–20:00.
