Review guidelines

Reviews on Zenarion help others find salons that match their needs. Please follow these guidelines whenever you submit a review.

What we want to see

• Your own experience. Describe a massage you personally received from this salon.
• Specifics. What kind of massage, how long, how the pressure was, what the atmosphere felt like.
• Balanced perspective. What worked, what didn't. Honest is more useful than glowing or scathing.

What we don't allow

• Fake reviews, paid endorsements, or reviews of competitors you have a stake in.
• Information about individual staff that isn't already public — for example, last names, home addresses, photos.
• Hate speech, harassment, sexual content, or anything illegal under Swiss law.
• Spam, advertising, or links to unrelated services.

Anti-fraud measures

To keep reviews honest, we apply these rules technically:

• Email verification is required before posting; phone verification is required for the "verified reviewer" badge.
• One review per user per salon.
• Reviews can be edited within 48 hours of posting, then locked.
• You may update your review once every 6 months (e.g., after a return visit).
• A review hidden after 3 community flags pending moderator review.

Salon-owner responses

Owners who have claimed their listing may publicly respond to any review on their salon's page. Owners cannot unilaterally delete a review; they may flag it for moderation if they believe it violates these guidelines.

How your name appears

By default, your name is displayed as "First Initial." (for example, "Maria K.") to protect privacy. You may opt to display a different display name in your account settings.

Verified booking badge. Reviews tied to a booking that was confirmed via Zenarion carry a "Verified booking" badge. This signal helps other visitors distinguish reviews from first-hand customers from generic ones.

Reporting a review

Any review can be flagged using the report icon on the review. Provide a brief reason. We review flagged content typically within 5 working days.

Removal of your own reviews

You may delete any review you've written at any time from your account. Deletion is permanent.
