Disastrous! We had confirmed the appointment by email for 9:00 am! When we arrived, the branch was closed! Nobody was reachable! Neither in Zug nor in Ägeri! We left after 30 minutes! Never again!!

Bait and switch. Appointment was for Unteraegeri but the shop was actually closed in the afternoon when I got there. I called and was told the booking was for Zug, but this was a lie. Wife had exact same experience a few months back. Pity, as I'd gone to them some years back and had a good experience, but never again will I waste my time with them. Perfectly good massage service at the pool center in Oberaegeri, will go there instead.

Deep tissue massage was great. Very painful but real relief after 24-48 hours. Had my back muscles completely locked and gained some movement right after.

I'm going there every time my neck tries to kill me. Super attentive and friendly staff, always asking for the problem areas they need to take care of. And they are listening. The whole experience is very nice. After the massage, you get some tea, and the atmosphere is wholesome.
