Rue Cité-Devant 2, 1005 Lausanne

Sen & Zen in Lausanne’s old town is run by Véronique Tanniger, a registered nurse, reflexologist, acupuncturist, and ASCA/RME-recognized therapist. Her website says she trained in traditional Thai massage at Wat Pho in Bangkok, Thai oil massage, Balinese massage in Ubud, and Marma-point massage in Kerala. (sen-zen.ch)

The practice is clearly treatment-led rather than spa-driven: reflexology, lymphatic drainage via reflexology, acupuncture, singing bowls, classic therapeutic massage, and Thai oil massage are the core offerings. Reviews consistently mention a warm welcome, a quiet and clean setting, and a therapist who is highly competent, attentive, and quick to adapt to the client’s needs. (sen-zen.ch)

For directory purposes, the best-documented Thai service is Thai oil massage, described as a full-body treatment that is gentle but deep. I couldn’t find pricing on the official site, but one external directory lists rates starting at CHF 120 per hour. (sen-zen.ch)

A wonderful experience; a very warm and friendly welcome in a quiet, pleasant, and clean setting. A fantastic therapist; competent, kind, and very attentive, fully committed to her work. The massage was incredible. I highly recommend her.

Véronique is an excellent therapist! Trained in various techniques, she listens attentively and adapts her treatments to the requests and needs of her clients. She organizes superb workshops, and all her services are of high quality. Every visit to her practice has been a pure delight, and I've seen the results of her massages and treatments not only on myself but also on those around me (including babies and children).

A space where relaxation and well-being are guaranteed. The therapist's attentiveness and sensitivity make each massage unique. I, who had previously only considered reflexology from a distance, was completely won over.

This place is filled with good vibes at the foot of the cathedral. With her magic touch, Véro transmits all her positive energy. Highly recommended!
