  I have been waxing for hair removal for about 15 years. And this was one of the most painful and unsatisfying experiences. The Wax was quite hard, and the person doing it really wasn’t careful in getting a grip on the wax and pinched my skin so many times (especially uncomfortable around the private parts) before pulling it off in a very uncoordinated way. Cleaning processes at the end was also very uncomfortable - going with a cold wet paper towel from back to front down there felt very unhygienic. Also quite messy, as I came out having wax threads and drops all over my body. Wouldn’t recommend and hope to find a better place in Basel.

  I have booked regularly for a wax with Rosa now for over a year and always an amazing service, perfect wax technique with little to no discomfort and always very happy with the results. All the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The venue is conveniently located in the centre of town and once inside is beautifully calm and peaceful. Massage rooms and also amazing and have had great experiences here also!

  Very nice experience. I booked a package for my partner and they sent me 10℅ off next treatment. When I booked, the discount didn't go through and when I contacted them they explained that the discount was for a treatment (which it was when I checked) but what I had booked was a package. However they they still applied the discount for me which was so cool. The stress killer package was named very well. Does exactly what it says on the tin

  Had the Oxygeneo facial treatment by Ms. Fuchs who gave detailed information and was very understanding as I had to shorten the time to go to a meeting. Clean space and very happy with the treatment!

  This morning at Body Zone: what an incredible treat for body and soul :) It started with the warm and personal welcome from the whole staff which made me feel home from the first moment on. I booked a double treatment in the same time slot: face treatment with Helga and pedicure with Florence. Both ladies 100% dedicated their time to me, I felt like in a safe cocoon where no effort was let out to pamper me. After an expert analyze of my skin Helga applied the adequate treatments and my skin looked greatly relaxed and refreshed. Her face massages are a real indulgence, she truly is a pro. Florence is a trainee but already masters the pedicure skills perfectly : her work is very precise, neat. The nail polish was applied with great care; Florence made my droopy feet look very classy and ready to tackle the sunny spring days. The enthousiam for their job as beauticians, the satisfaction they have to interact with their clients was clearly tangible and their positive vibe was contagious. Ket No doubt: I am allready looking forward to my next appointment :)
