Sopha is exceptional. Her deep tissue technique is both precise and intuitive, and she truly understands how to work with the body—especially for those with disc-related issues. I felt a noticeable improvement after just one session. Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly effective—I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Ms. Sopha Menz is a very friendly and competent person. You can see her during pregnancy as well as after giving birth; she completely adapts to the needs of her patients/clients. I will go again, but next time for a full 90 minutes 😊

Spontaneously booked a appointment and was treated to a very professional, relaxing massage..Comfortable room and a very reasonable price. I left feeling that my lower back pain had vanished and that I will for sure visit Aloe Vera again in the near future..
