This evening, I had an absolutely wonderful massage session with Kuki, and I’m still glowing from the experience! I called rather spontaneously and was delighted to get an appointment just forty minutes later—perfect for a last-minute bit of self-care. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful and stylish ambiance. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with every detail thoughtfully designed to help you relax. Everything is perfectly clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of comfort and trust. Kuki herself was an absolute dream—gentle, kind, and incredibly skilled. You can really feel that the masseurs here not only look stunning but also genuinely care about your well-being. The entire experience felt luxurious, relaxing, and deeply rejuvenating. I’ll definitely be back—this is now my go-to place when I need a moment to unwind and recharge.

I was a regular at Bussarakum Thai massage for over 2 years. I had an appointment on the 10th of November 2022 @ 15:15. The masseuse was incredibly rude and unprofessional and had a really bad attitude unfortunately. I have never encountered anything like this before. At my workplace such behavior towards customers would not be tolerated and would lead to immediate dismissal. The masseuse and her colleague tried to hide the incidence from her boss at first. The manager got in touch a few days later, but no satisfactory solution was offered. i will not come back to his place.

I am often in Switzerland but have never had such a good massage as here. The ladies are very friendly and the tea is delicious. Thank you for this nice time !!

Excellent massage! Very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Very beautiful and kind ladies. I was exhausted from a long travel around Europe and had leg/back oil massage here. I've had so many kinds of massage in all over the world I've traveled. And it was the best massage I've ever had! If you need to relax and have a great massage in Zurich, this is the best place to go! Highly recommended!!!
