I came here today for a one hour massage today at 415pm using a BuyClub certificate, and even with the discount this establishment was not worth it. The massage therapist I was assigned to was distracted and well below average. Multiple times, she simply walked out of the room for reasons unknown to me. This made no sense because there was another employee at the reception desk to greet customers. At one point when she left, I heard loud coughing and the sound of someone blowing their nose. I don't know if it was her but she did not appear remotely interested or present when providing a massage. At one point during the massage, it sounded like there were 2-3 employees in the massage room having a loud conversation. I didn't understand what was going on but it sounded like strong disagreement. I don't know the dynamics are between the employees of this business but it was incredibly unprofessional and sounded hostile. I will not return.
