Kannika Thai Massage Basel

Had a massage and I don’t think I will return. The good: they were very kind. The massage table kept pressing my throat whenever she massaged my shoulders and she really tried to make me comfortable! Sadly there wasn’t a way to stop it and I wasn’t able to relax no matter what we tried. The massage didn’t relax me, as the entrance to the toilets was in the same room and a client walked through during the massage. Not very relaxing. Someone also came to book an appointment and they stood talking in the entryway for a few minutes instead of stepping outside. Since everything is just one tiny room, you don’t really feel you have privacy. To me, the massage felt impersonal. Maybe I am used to a different type of massage, but it felt like the masseuse went through the motions without actually paying attention to what my muscles needed. I give three stars because maybe someone else would enjoy it, but for me there were too many little things to be able to relax.

Small hidden gem of Basel! Kannika and Nong will always welcome you with a smile into their neat and calming place. You will receive very relaxing 60 minutes of massage tailored to your specific needs and requests. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I have had 2 excellent massages here so far. I have a very bad neck and shoulders and they took great care and helped to relieve pain/stress there. It is a cozy space and the people are just lovely and kind. Good vibes.

My wife and were looking for regular massages in Basel and are very happy we found Kannika Thai massage. After being so impressed with our first massages we promptly booked a block of further sessions and have been returning weekly since then. Not only is the massage professional and thorough the integrity and quality that comes with each massage is evident in each experience.
