Had a massage at Arisa Massage after surgery to support my recovery. Very professional, effective and friendly. Rooms are very clean and relaxing. I felt comfortable throughout and really appreciated the tea afterwards. Highly recommended!

I’ve been two times to get a massage here. Both times I left with all the knots and tension gone. It’s a very professional place with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is also very nice

This isn't my first time visiting this salon (I always get pedicures here), and the quality has always been excellent. Today, for the first time, I had a different pedicure specialist, and the owner, whom I had not met before, was also at the salon. I usually get a pedicure with regular nail polish, sometimes just a clean medical pedicure. Today, I also had a simple pedicure without polish. The pedicure time and price always matched what was stated on the website when booking. Today, however, the pedicure with clean nails and no polish took 40 minutes (instead of the usual 60), and the price miraculously increased by CHF 10 (90 instead of 80!). I'm sorry, but for 40 minutes of work (even very good work), this is an inflated price. My feet were in the water bath for exactly 3 minutes... For 40 minutes of work, you charged the same price as for the service listed on the website as 1 hour and 15 minutes... Despite all my previous positive experiences, I think today's gesture was unattractive and not customer-oriented. Thank you, I got a good express pedicure for CHF 90...
