  Unfortunately, I have to write my first negative review: I had a very unpleasant experience with Supha on December 20th. After many beneficial Thai massages (including some in Thailand itself), I was really looking forward to my appointment. During the massage, I experienced unbearable pain in my shoulder. I told her that I've had problems with my shoulder joints for years (including physiotherapy, etc.) and that she shouldn't apply too much pressure there. She reacted very impatiently, asking if it was my first Thai massage and insisting that she was using "normal pressure." I explained again that I experience severe (unbearable!) pain in my shoulders when she applies too much pressure. She then addressed this issue somewhat. I know that Thai massages can be very intense and vigorous, but I felt her handling of my body during the massage was careless and rather rough. Finally, I mustered up the courage to politely tell her that I didn't feel she took my pain seriously. The response was also very impatient and unsympathetic, stating that this intense pressure was "automatic" and that she couldn't help it, and that I should book a relaxation massage next time. I didn't feel taken seriously. For me, professionalism means respecting the individual body and boundaries of the client and not acting superior to them. That's what I would have expected and what should be a given. In the end, I paid the full price and left the studio very dissatisfied, disappointed, and angry.

  Very good. Beautiful, authentic space. Easily accessible at ground level. She doesn't chatter unnecessarily. Not a word during the massage. Good value for money.

  Äusserst seriöses Massage-Studio, ruhige und entspannte Athosphäre. Sehr professionell geführt. Sehr sympathische Persönlichkeit mit mega Ausstrahlung (Aura). Ich gehe absolut nur noch zu Ihr, sie merkt sofort welcher Muskel spannt (auch ohne Worte) und löst sie perfekt. Es werden verschiedene Anwendungsmöglichkeiten angeboten zu fairen Preisen.

  The lady is fantastic! You walk in and are greeted very warmly and treated immediately (unlike expensive physiotherapy practices where they like to have a long chat first, and I get a stomachache thinking I have to pay for all that blah blah – they could at least start massaging and chat while they do it, right?). I've tried the traditional massage and the foot massage several times. I'm a jogger, and it's perfect for that. All the muscle tension is gone, and I leave the treatment feeling refreshed. Highly recommended! Oh, and if something hurts, just let them know. No worries ;-)
