    Each session is a journey, a discovery of what my body knows but my conscious mind has forgotten or filtered… Thanks to the subtly guided sessions led by Cédric Schmidt, a connection has been established between my body, my heart, and my brain… I am reconnecting and gradually releasing past experiences, emotions, and pains—energy is flowing again, and I am now experiencing my body's incredible self-healing capacity.     I made an appointment for sleep problems and neck pain, among other things. Craniosacral therapy brought about rapid improvements and revealed, through somatic means, important broader perspectives to consider in my situation. I met a very attentive, competent, and incredibly kind therapist. I felt comfortable from the very first moment. I have already recommended him to others and would not hesitate to return.

    Cédric is a highly competent and dedicated therapist who demonstrates professionalism and active listening skills. The session helped release tension I had been experiencing for a long time in my lower back. His approach is gentle and compassionate.     I discovered Cedric via the Swiss federal association (craniosuisse.ch) for craniosacral therapists where he is registered as a CST-D. I wanted to find someone passionate about craniosacral therapy and who has seriously studied and practiced the subject over a number of years and not just completed a weekend course in this area. Cedric ticks all the boxes professionally. More importantly though, he is a gifted practitioner with healing hands, and a healing heart and mind. I feel very grateful to have uncovered this hidden gem.
