  The shop advertises an ASCA recognition, which is not systematically included in every insurance. My insurance didnt recognise the owner. Apparently, I'm not the only customer with that issue. But more disturbingly, I coudn't help to notice that the owner put her name on the document for the insurance when it was another therapist who did the massage. As far as I know, ASCA recognition isn't transmissible. But I'm no expert. I Coudn't help to notice that the therapist doing the massage seemed to be a foreigner not speaking french and the one doing the bills and putting her name on it seemed very local. I'm not sure what to think about it either. There were too many weird wibes and miscommunication about insurance recognition issues for me to go back. The prices also are more expensive than other institutes, especially with the lack of insurance recognition. The massage by the therapist who doesn't speak french was good though, even it its was more kind of a mix-up between oil and classic thai massage.

  I booked a traditional thai massage and received a basic oil massage. They failed to comunicate the correct service with the massaeur and with me. Allowing me to pay 150ch for a service i didnt needed or wanted. Not happy with their mistake, they decided to send me not 1 but 8 messages asking for an explanation about my bad review. In a very rude manner they tried to convince me it was my fault. I found this extremely unprofessional from the management. I should have left the salon relaxed, instead i left more stressed and with the feeling of wasting my time and money. Just awful.

  I highly recommend the massage from Lak, she is a wonderful massage therapist, can follow the blockages of the body to the root and work in a deep way to untangle all nods. She really helped me with a very bad neck blockage that is almost gone the day after.

  Thai massage like in Thailand!!! The masseuses are very professional, making sure that they are not making any harm, asking for the problems in the body. Not only a body treatment but also an energetic boost. All the ladies are very nice and friendly. Whenever I have a stressed time I go there. Highly recommended!!

  Big thanks to Lak for giving me a great healing massage! She found all my back problems, worked on them quite professionally and all this for a very reasonable price. Will definitely do such seanses part of my beauty and health routine.
