Thai Therapie Massage
Thai Therapie Massage offers traditional Thai massage in the Wat Pho tradition, alongside aroma-oil, foot, herbal-compress and hot-stone treatments. Traditional sessions combine acupressure and stretching; the aroma-oil massage uses gentle, flowing strokes.
Owner Tithi Kropornkrang grew up in Thailand and trained in the Wat Pho tradition. Before each treatment, she takes time to discuss what you need—whether recovery after a hike or focused work on areas of tension.

Hello. I write this in the spirit of trying to prevent someone else from being physically hurt and as a warning to those who may not be aware that Traditional Thai massage can be very painful and debilitating, (not relaxing) especially when you do not communicate your pressure level in advance, or be willing to leave or ask for help from the receptionist. I was unable to communicate to the therapist during (though I was wincing and gasping and asking for gentle or softer) the session to use less aggression (less painful strong pressure). I did try more than once to ask for less pressure. Afterwards I could barely lift my arms (my left arm slightly bruised) and only able to shuffle walk. The pressure point to my stomach area (repeated three times in a row, though I was audibly expressing pain) was so severe that I felt nauseous (a feeling which continued for a few hours afterwards) and almost vomited. I left feeling aching in my neck and jaw due to extreme pressure straight down to my scalp while I was sitting up which felt like my hair was being torn out. I have had Thai massage (in soft clothing) before but was instructed to take off my clothes and be under a sheet. The spa was clean and the receptionist was friendly. My friend who went at the same time had a much better experience (allowed to keep her own soft clothing on) with a different therapist, saying, in contrast to my miserable experience that it was the best Thai massage she had received.

Came for 1 hour body massage after a full day's hike, therapist knows what she is doing, so had a very good and relaxing massage for my sore muscles! Must book an appointment beforehand. I used WhatsApp to message the owner to arrange. Otherwise you can't walk in as the entrance is at the back and need to press an intercom to enter via the back stairs.

Took my mother and my aunt for a relaxing time and they delivered! Both came out gleaming in happiness. Would happily return :) Super kind staff

Wow!!! Blown away! By the hospitality right when you walk in, making us a pot of tea as we settled in. The space is beautiful. Shoes off at entry keeping it a very clean studio. The massage me and my husband received were so wonderful and yet different to match our different needs. They made us another pot of tea for after. I wish I lived near by so I could come here regularly ! If you are within an HOUR you should come here! (:

We walked in and got a massage on a whim. We get massages often. This place was great. I did not find it to be too much pressure or stretch but it might be for some. We were very sore from doing too much on our trip and not slowing down. Highly recommend.
