SAAI NAM MASSAGE
Saai Nam Massage is located on Rue des Étuves in central Geneva and focuses on traditional Thai massage plus oil massage. The salon’s own site describes the treatments as deep yet fluid, using pressure and stretching on floor mats; the setting is intentionally calm, with soft lighting, gentle music, and tea after the session. (saainam-massage.ch)
The published prices are straightforward: CHF 110 for 60 minutes, CHF 100 for 45 minutes, and CHF 70 for 30 minutes. The same pricing appears for the traditional massage, the oil massage, and the feet/legs/back/head version, which makes the menu easy to read and fairly focused. (saainam-massage.ch)

This was a very disappointing experience. To make matters worse, I was left with a sore neck on the left side, due to the masseuse applying pressure in a way that suggested a lack of understanding of muscle structure and body mechanics.

I rarely write no-star or one-star reviews, not even 1 out of 10 reviews I post here. Sadly I have to share my terrible encounter here with the Google map viewers, and want to give SAAI NAM MASSAGE store a ZERO or NEGATIVE star if Google Map has such feature. 👎👎👎👎👎 AVOID SAAI NAM MASSAGE‼️‼️‼️‼️ Here is why: I walked in this massage store in the morning to book a massage appointment. The receptionist A didn’t speak English and asked me to speak loudly so that the massage therapist inside a curtain-dividing space (THERE IS NO INDIVIDUAL MASSAGE ROOM👎) could translate. The therapist eventually stepped out the massage space for a few minutes to help translate and schedule my appointment. I felt sorry for the customer who was receiving the interrupted massage inside, and found such operation very unprofessional. But I would give this place the benefit of the doubt and try it later, because its Google map reviews seemed good. Then I came back here in the afternoon for my scheduled appointment. Without greeting me, another chubby receptionist B rudely said: “take off your shoes!” I was like: where did her attitude come from? But I respected the Thai culture and removed my shoes at the entrance. The receptionist B almost scolded at me: “put on the slippers!” I was clueless?! Why was she talking to me like this? I saw a tiny shoe shelf at the entrance, it’s filled with DIRTY slippers. So I decided not to wear their slippers and only wore my socks. Then I asked her: “May I use your restroom before my session?” She said something I couldn’t understand. By now I have not seen a smile from her as someone who would appreciate my only business for having no customer inside the store. I saw the restroom sign and pointed it out to her. So she let me use the restroom. Oh boy, haven’t seen such a tiny restroom in ages😵 Right after I stepped out of the restroom, the chubby receptionist B ORDERED me: “You pay now”. enough is enough😤 I told her that I always paid after massages or facials at spas and massage shops, that’s how things get done normally. She loudly demanded: “you pay now, or you don’t get massage!” OMG😱 I was shocked by her attitude. Several things went through my mind: is SAAI NAM MASSAGE place legit? Do its therapists have massage license? Why do they treat customers like their subordinates with extreme hostility? I saved myself from further abuse and left without getting a massage. If you want good energy for your relaxing massage to pamper yourself, SAAI NAM MASSAGE IS NOT THE PLACE! It’s packed with some unknown bad energy that would make us suffer. 😢

I went there for couple times and its really excellent! and so relax! Normally their price is 100chf for 1hour but they also have a good package; 5hours for 450chf. Its worth!

Amazing Thai massage! I went with my BuyClub voucher yesterday. One of the best Thai massages I've ever had. Paula has hands of steel and she applied the perfect mix of preasure and stretching. I'll be back

Loved the massage from both ladies. Once I booked the massage by mistake in another salon nearby and really regret not being at Saai Nam. Update: returned tonight and there is a new lady who spoke English who massaged me and it’s was very very bad. No enjoyment at all. She was hurting me even if I told her to do a medium pressure. What’s a pity. I thought I found my gem :(((
