Thaisana
Thaisana at Pappelweg 46 in Bern presents itself as a calm, peaceful place with experienced therapists. Its own site mentions treatments using up-to-date techniques and natural products, and lists daily opening hours from 11:00 to 20:00.
The review picture is mixed: some guests describe friendly, pleasant treatments—especially traditional Thai massage and foot reflexology—while others complain about organization, room temperature, and the overall atmosphere. It looks like a straightforward massage studio with daily availability rather than a polished spa setting.

Unprofessional from start to finish. Don't go here! You're barely greeted, and the chaotic apartment reeks of food. The "employees" don't stick to the prices listed online but try to negotiate a deal that makes you pay more. The massage itself takes place in a cold room and is completely unprofessional. The masseuse, who's eating when I arrive at the agreed time, keeps disappearing into the anteroom through the open door, eating, making herself a cup of tea, turning music on and off, and then coming back. Sometimes a little unpleasant-smelling cold oil, sometimes a little pressure in odd places, but mostly you're just rubbed with oil and lightly stroked, even though you asked for an intensive massage. A second woman joins me mid-massage because she's "bored" alone in the anteroom (!!!). Throughout the entire treatment, the two women chat and laugh amongst themselves—it's impossible to relax. The body is stroked asymmetrically, a few joints are cracked, and other parts aren't even touched. Let me just say that I spent a year in Thailand and know what I'm talking about, especially when it comes to being ripped off. In the end, you're forced to ask for the change you still owe. There's absolutely no customer service here. It feels like they just want to get rid of their customers. Well, they certainly achieved that goal for me: I must state explicitly and clearly that I am extremely disappointed by this "traditional Wat Pho massage," which any other masseur would be ashamed of. I will definitely NEVER go back there. I feel cheated, made a fool of, and I recommend everyone spend their money elsewhere, because this place is a disgrace. Unrelaxed regards :/

The massage was 15 minutes too short (out of 60) and the room was cold, making it unusable. I still had to pay for an hour, though.

Friendly, pleasant massage. Not entirely quiet.

The massage was okay, but the shower was awful. The atmosphere wasn't inviting, and the address has changed to Pappelweg 46 in Bern. I won't be going there again.

Small and (still) a hidden gem in Bern. Traditional Thai massage and foot reflexology. Very empathetic treatments. I've been there twice now and both times I felt reborn. Walk-ins also seem to get a chance for a quick massage. The place could use a bit of a visual upgrade – but a good massage is what's most important to me...
