I had a very unfortunate massage experience at Siam. Unfortunately, my therapist seemed extremely stressed and hurried, making the experience uncomfortable and even painful at times. Some key issues included: Clumsiness: My leg was accidentally dropped multiple times, and the lotion bottle was knocked off the table. Lack of precision: Movements were rushed and imprecise, sometimes applying excessive pressure directly on nerves. Poor use of lotion: Insufficient lotion was used in high-friction areas, leading to irritation and itchiness hours later. Lack of communication: The therapist never asked how I was feeling, even when I visibly reacted in pain. Eventually, I had to end the session early. In hindsight, I should have spoken up sooner, but I wasn’t sure how to express that the therapist simply seemed too agitated and distracted to provide a proper massage. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

10/10 experience! The salon looks great and has a super relaxing atmosphere. Vicky was absolutely great and very lovely and the massage felt like you were really in Thailand. She was even able to accommodate for a pregnancy massage for me. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a great experience with our oil massage. The massage therapist Nilca and Tina went above and beyond to make us comfortable and give us the best experience. I had stomach pain and Nilca made sure she addressed that concern for me. They kept asking if you needed more pressure or less and communicated effectively. The place is very beautiful, clean, and well-organized. I was able to make an appointment via email. Thank you both !

I had a wonderful experience at the Siam Royal Spa, from the moment I entered the spa. The place is beautifully arranged, so that you can have a relaxing moment and the massage itself was delightful. The owner is welcoming, funny and altogether very friendly. 100% will come back and will come back!
