Two hours before the appointment, the double appointment was changed to a single appointment, and when we arrived at the newly arranged time, no one was there and no one answered the phone. A disappointing experience.

Unfortunately the owner is not customer friendly and the communication was impossible since she doesn’t speak German, just some basic English. I even wrote her an email to clarify the misunderstanding and never got a reply.
