My wife and I each had the full body Thai massage after a long day of hiking. As someone who has been to Thailand many times, I can confirm that this was an excellent, authentic Thai massage. The staff are very friendly and quite skilled. The Thai massage style is a little painful (you can ask for less pressure), which I prefer. This style helped remove the muscle knots; I left feeling looser and more flexible, which felt amazing. I will go back any time I am in Interlaken and recommend you do the same!

An amazing Thai full body massage at Tara Spa Balance! They were so friendly and talk you through the process. Slight language barrier but nothing you couldn't understand. They saw that my shoes/ socks were sodden after getting caught in the rain and gave me clean dry ones to replace and also offered an umbrella for the road. I told them of any painful areas which they focused on and I felt a difference almost immediately. Lovely tea and treat afterwards. Definitely recommend!
