EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY: that is simply not true. My appointment was for 2 May at 15:00. I added a screenshot of the email confirming the appointment. Booked online through their website, arrived at the correct day and time and the place was closed. Tried calling several times and sent an email, no one replied. Absurd.
