  Send and email to them over a week ago no reply no acknowledgement . Nothing. Sad Update: I was contacted by the sensib to remove the 1 star review. Intead of contacting me about why contacted them in the first place for. "The business's response continues to be dismissive. They have now claimed that 'all my questions are answered on the website.' If that were true, why are they simultaneously asking me to 'send another email' to resolve the issue? ​This is a complete contradiction. It is clear they found my original email in their 'spam,' yet instead of answering it or acknowledging the lapse in service, instead making excuses and blaming me for the timeline. To clarify for other customers: Response Time: I waited 6 days (12th–18th) before posting—this is not “immediate.” Spam Excuse: If a business finds a customer’s message, they should respond, not ask for a new email while claiming all information is already online. Communication: I reached out in English, but they replied in German, complicating accountability. I avoided calling to prevent misunderstandings. My german basic when it comes to medical issue i wanted avoid misunderstanding that why email in English. In my opinion A professional business in Zurich should resolve customer concerns rather than make excuses to protect its rating. My 1-star review stands. I would have removed the review if they had replied to my original email, apologized, and clarified how to avoid this situation. Instead, they blamed me for their lack of professionalism. Meanwhile, I found another Thai massage service that respects my time.

  I've already completed both Nuad Thai massage courses (parts 1 and 2). The course content is clearly explained, and there's almost no theory. The course is predominantly practice-oriented, which makes learning faster. Fantastic! Christian is an excellent teacher who is always ready to correct mistakes and answer all questions and concerns. The practical sessions are wonderful and inviting. I highly recommend them, even if you simply want to enjoy a Nuad Thai massage.

  Highly recommended. I had the pleasure of attending and completing Christian's first and second Nuad Thai courses. His patient and personable nature makes him very likeable. His expertise is remarkable and makes him a highly competent instructor. Therefore, I give him 5 stars plus. Warmest regards from Glarus!

  I finally tried Nuad Thai at SENSIB to counteract my various minor everyday and sports-related ailments. The 90 minutes felt sensational and did me a world of good. Afterwards, I felt completely balanced, neither hyperactive nor sluggish. Just how you feel truly good. Christian works with great care and expertise, focusing more on health than wellness. The studio is spacious, beautifully furnished, and pleasant. Highly recommended.
