  I went in with a really bad knot in my shoulder blade, left without it. The whole process was relaxing and well thought out. From the feet washing and tea to start, to the tea and fruit at the end. Definitely coming back.

  First time having a Thai massage. Kitty was very helpful, she recommended a head, neck and back massage and explained what to expect. A nice lady called Fon was my massage therapist and she was great. It was quite tough, more pain than a traditional massage and what I was used to so they adapted it so I was able to manage and I really felt relaxed by the end. Also what was nice was a foot scrub and wash at the start with ginger tea. Then when it was finished I was given some fruit and also ginger tea. Wonderful - I would definitely go back as I was very impressed by the treatment and the friendly staff

  very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, nice welcome tea with footbath. Always have a nice therapist, feeling so relaxed after the massages. After that ending the session with another tea at goodbye. will come again for sure :)

  Negatively surprised; sadly, the worst feet massage by technique that we have had in a long time when compared to the same massages at your Spa, which is a shame because we used to enjoy visiting Chiida. The spa was practically empty, but we felt rushed from the start; the water they used to wash our feet was frigid, and they basically told us to swallow the tea. We felt more agitated than relaxed, which is not a pleasant experience when visiting to a spa.I sincerely hope you return to the high-quality service you once provided

  Best Massage I've ever had ❤️!! Lovely team! The atmosphere was so quiet and relaxed. I've got 2x tea's and and a small fruit plate after the massage. Highly recommend it! I'll come back! Thank you
